Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Audio Edition is a digital product delivered instantly. If the audio does not play for you, or you were charged twice, write to thegoldenthread.tales@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay Payment ID and we will fix it or refund you in full. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

There is nothing to cancel: it is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
