యావదేతాన్నిరీక్షేఽహం యోద్ధుకామానవస్థితాన్ ।
కైర్మయా సహ యోద్ధవ్యమస్మిన్రణసముద్యమే ॥ ౨౨ ॥
yāvadetānnirīkṣe'haṃ yoddhukāmānavasthitān
kairmayā saha yoddhavyamasminraṇasamudyame ‖ 22 ‖

యుద్ధం చేయాలనే కోరికతో ఇక్కడ నిలిచిన వారిని నేను బాగా చూడాలి — ఈ యుద్ధంలో నేను ఎవరితో పోరాడవలసి ఉందో తెలుసుకోవాలి.

so that I may look at those who stand here eager to fight, and see with whom I must contend in this great effort of war.
